Fa­ther’s Day break­fast

The men First Bap­tist Church of Siloam Springs will host a Fa­ther’s Day Break­fast at the church on 2000 Dawn Hill Road from 7 to 8:30 a.m. on June 18. Tick­ets are $3 and can be pur­chased at the door. Watch for more in­for­ma­tion about speaker and pro­gram.

Celtic Even­song with Holy Eucharist

A Celtic Even­song with Holy Eucharist ser­vice will be of­fered at Grace Epis­co­pal Church, Sunday evenings at 5:30 p.m. This Celtic wor­ship ser­vice cel­e­brates litur­gi­cal tra­di­tions drawn from Iona and Northumbria, cel­e­brat­ing sim­plic­ity, med­i­ta­tion, mu­sic and com­mu­nity. This ser­vice wel­comes wor­shipers from other faith tra­di­tions, as well as those with lit­tle to no re­li­gious back­ground. All are wel­come.

Hope’s Kitchen at Saint Mary Catholic Church pro­vides free meals from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first and third Friday of each month. Vet­er­ans, the home­less, needy, el­derly, un­em­ployed, lonely and any fam­i­lies with chil­dren are in­vited to the free home-cooked meal. Com­mu­nity Women’s Bi­ble Study

Com­mu­nity Women’s Bi­ble Study, an in­ter­de­nom­i­na­tional gath­er­ing, will meet from 9 to 11 a.m. Wed­nes­days at Sager Creek Com­mu­nity Church, 1600 Cheri Whit­lock Dr. in Siloam Springs. The group will be study­ing “A Beau­ti­ful De­sign: God’s Un­chang­ing Plan for Man­hood and Wom­an­hood” by Matt Chan­dler. Study guides will be avail­able to pur­chase at the first meet­ing. Kid­sTime chil­dren’s pro­gram will be avail­able for a small charge for in­fants through 5 years old. Har­vard Av­enue Bap­tist Church

Har­vard Av­enue Bap­tist Church’s mis­sion is to con­nect all peo­ple to Christ, his com­mu­nity, and his call­ing. Peo­ple who are not cur­rently at­tend­ing a lo­cal church or have re­cently moved into the com­mu­nity, are in­vited to at­tend the church on Sunday morn­ings. The wor­ship ser­vice be­gins at 10:30 a.m. and the church is lo­cated at 760 South Lin­coln Street in Siloam Springs. The church also pro­vides weekly min­istries for chil­dren and stu­dents. Share the Warmth

The of­fice of My Fam­ily Eye Care is ac­cept­ing new and gen­tly used coats and sweaters to help those in need dur­ing cold weather. Clothes will be cleaned and then dis­trib­uted through East­gate Church of Christ’s cloth­ing give­away on the first Friday night of each month from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Con­tri­bu­tions can be made to My Fam­ily Eye Care at 820 State Line Road, Snappy Dry Clean­ers at 618 S. Holly Street, or at East­gate Church of Christ at 1997 High­way 412. All sizes of cloth­ing are needed, es­pe­cially chil­dren’s sizes. Singing and Food

Singing and food will be avail­able the last Saturday night of ev­ery month at Canaan Land Min­istries lo­cated at 6471 U.S. High­way 412 West. Food will be served at 5 p.m. fol­lowed by singing at 6 p.m. There will also be door prizes and auction items. Ev­ery­one is in­vited and those who sing or play mu­sic are in­vited to come join in. Christ Lutheran Church

Christ Lutheran Church is lo­cated at 920 S. Cel­e­brate Re­cov­ery meets ev­ery Thurs­day night at First Assem­bly of God in Siloam Springs (right be­hind Braum’s). This is a Bi­ble-based, 12step re­cov­ery pro­gram. At­ten­dees are of­fered a place of hope to share ex­pe­ri­ences and over­come hurts, hang-ups and habits — any­thing that keeps them from be­ing all they can be. Meet­ings are held Thurs­day nights from 6:30 to 8:30 in the main sanc­tu­ary fol­lowed by cof­fee and dessert fel­low­ship in the Solid Rock Café. Child care is pro­vided for each meet­ing. Vol­un­teers needed

The Com­mu­nity Store­house, a min­istry of Over­drive Church that pro­vides ne­ces­si­ties to fam­i­lies in need, is look­ing for vol­un­teers for the fol­low­ing times: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mon­day, Wed­nes­day and Saturday, and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tues­days and Thurs­days.

Vol­un­teers will meet with guests, en­ter in­for­ma­tion into a database, sort through and process do­na­tions and make de­liv­er­ies to those who are un­able to come to the Store­house. Other tasks may be done on an as-needed ba­sis. If in­ter­ested, call Cas­san­dra Whi­taker at 479-2282534.
