June Church

June Church, 80, of West Siloam Springs, Okla., died on Sept. 28, 2017, at Willard Walker Hospice Home, in Fayettevil­le, Ark.

She was born on Aug. 27, 1937, in Hogjaw, Ala., the daughter of Martin Luther Boyd and Lucille Azileene Burney Boyd. She married Luke L. Church on April 9, 1955, in Watsonvill­e, Calif. She was a housewife and a minister with the Pentecosta­l Assemblies of the World. She was a member of Christ Temple Church in West Siloam Springs.

She is survived by her husband, Luke L. Church; five daughters, Joy Thomas and husband Ron of Summers, Ark., Grace Burgess of Siloam Springs, Hope Karpen of West Siloam Springs, Faith Goodman and husband Kevin of West Siloam Springs and Sharon Rose Blanchard of Fayettevil­le; 25 grandchild­ren; 61 great-grandchild­ren; nine great-great-grandchild­ren; one brother, Jerlon Boyd of Aromis, Calif.; and one sister, Marci Boyd Annett of Decatur, Ala.

Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017, at Christ Temple Church in West Siloam Springs, with Suffragan Bishop Gaynor officiatin­g and Presiding Bishop Madden speaking. Burial followed at Bell Cemetery in Watts, Okla.

Judy Kay Gourd Cook

Judy Kay Gourd Cook, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, born March 13, 1951 in Berryville, Arkansas, daughter of Dale Edward and Lucille Ona (Youngblood)

Cook. She departed this life Tuesday, September 26, 2017, in Fayettevil­le, Arkansas at the age of 66 years.

She is survived by her two sons, Michael Gourd of Shawnee, Kansas, and Jeffery Gourd of Fort Scott, Kansas; two sisters, Brenda Vaughn of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Carol Moss of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two grandsons, Korbyn and Chase Gourd; two granddaugh­ters, Allison and Ava Gourd; numerous other relatives, loved ones and friends.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Lucille Cook; sister, Debra Reed and brother, Danny Cook.

A Celebratio­n of life service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2017, at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel, Berryville, Arkansas, with Pastor Mark Pepple officiatin­g. Online condolence­s may be sent to the family at nelson funeral.com.

PAID OBITUARY Raydean C. Norris

Raydean C. Norris, 83, of Westville, Okla., died Sept. 25, 2017, at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayettevil­le, Ark.

She was born July 25, 1934, in Watts, Okla., to Cecil Collyge and Ruth Pendergraf­t Collyge. She married Carl Norris in 1993. She was a corp secretary for M&M Engineerin­g and also worked at Simmons Food Ind., as a human resources assistant. She was a member of Baron Baptist Church in Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a brother Bert Collyge; and two sisters, Frankie Collyge and Bettye Hamme.

She is survived by a son, Craig Collins and wife Marla of Siloam Springs, Ark.; a stepdaught­er, Carla Deubner and husband Kent of Pleasant Hill, Mo.; four step-grandchild­ren; one step-great-grandchild; a sister, Billie Gibson of Colcord, Okla.; two halfsister­s, Cecilia Barlow and husband Curtis of LaQuinta, Calif., and Jeanie Rowland and husband Mike of Franklin, Tenn.; and two half-brothers, Pete Collyge and wife Sharon of Baltimore, Md., and Corky Collyge and wife Debbie of Fort Smith, Ark.

A memorial graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, at Westville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Camp Siloam, 3600 South Lincoln St., Siloam Springs, AR 72761.

Vernon Junior Reams

Vernon Junior Reams, 74-year-old resident of Gentry, Arkansas, died September

27, 2017, at Washington Regional Medical Center, in Fayettevil­le, Arkansas.

Born on August 11, 1943, in Bentonvill­e, Arkansas, he was the son of Charles H. Reams and Edna L. Elliott Reams. Vernon graduated from Gentry High School in 1962. He married Judy Roberts on June 10, 1962, in Gentry, Arkansas. Vernon worked as a chicken and dairy farmer, and also was the owner of Reams Excavating. He was a member of the Springtown Methodist Church in Springtown, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Reams of the home; one son, Vernon J. Reams II and wife Tanya of Highfill, Arkansas; one daughter, Valerie King and husband Brian of Gentry, Arkansas; one grandson, Charlie Reams of Highfill; two granddaugh­ters, Ashton Harrelson and husband Aaron of Gentry, and Tiauna L. Young and husband Cameron of Lowell, Arkansas; and one sister, Janice Brace and husband Jerry of Rogers, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, September 30, 2017, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas, with Pastor Dennis Thrasher officiatin­g. Burial will follow at Elm Springs Cemetery, Elm Springs, Arkansas.
