Singing and Watch Night Service
Canaan Land Ministries will host a Singing and Watch Night Service at 6 p.m. Dec. 31. For more information, contact Verna Williams at 479-238-4988.
Holy Eucharist service
A Celtic Evensong with Holy Eucharist service will be offered at Grace Episcopal Church at 5:30 p.m. Sunday evenings. This Celtic worship service celebrates liturgical traditions drawn from Iona and Northumbria, celebrating simplicity, meditation, music, and community. This service welcomes worshipers from other faith traditions, as well as those with little to no religious background. All are welcome.
Christmas Tea
Heart-life Women’s Ministry will host “His Gift of Grace Christmas Tea,” at 9 a.m., Dec. 9 with guest speaker Christine Matchell. Tickets are $3 and guests are asked to bring a canned good for The Manna Center. A princess tea will be held for girls age 4 through 10 will also be held. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Free childcare is available for children up the age 3.
CCF Women’s Bible Study
Community Christian Fellowship Women of Purpose Bible Study will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays at room #104 at CCF. The group is studying II Corinthians and to discover how relevant Paul’s experience is to the present day, and how people can find comfort, strength, joy, rest, confidence, victory and more by applying God’s word to their lives. Participants should bring their Bible and a notebook, and enter through the south door. Childcare, although not currently available, may be provided depending on need.
