• Cherie Renee Bolton, 32, arrested on a Siloam Springs Police Department warrant for distributing, possessing or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

• Isaac Nathaniel Celis, 20, arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Shawn Allen Parrish, 33, arrested for violation of protection order.

• Michael Ross Utter, 43, arrested for driving on suspended license and disregarding traffic control device and on a warrant for failure to appear out of Johnson for driving on suspended driver’s license, a warrant out of Cave Springs for failure to appear on driving on suspended/revoked driver’s license, careless/prohibited driving and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, a warrant out of Bentonville for failure to appear on contempt of court on driving on suspended driver’s license, careless driving and no proof of insurance, a warrant out of Little Flock for failure to appear x3 and contempt of court x2 on original charge of driving while license is suspended and on a warrant out of Springdale for failure to appear x3 and failure to pay on original charge of driving on a suspended driver’s license.
