Feb. 5-9

Monday: Navy beans and ham, steamed cabbage, cornbread, fruit cup and brownie.

Tuesday: Beef goulash, wide egg noodles, corn and lima beans, small salad, bread and ice cream.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes/gravy, zucchini and tomatoes, bread and carrot cake.

Thursday: Chef salad: mixed greens, ham, turkey, cheese, carrot, radish, cucumber, onion, crackers and yogurt.

Friday: Vegetable beef stew, cornbread and cherry crisp.

Feb. 12-16

Monday: Chicken marsala, garden blend rice, buttered yellow squash, bread and fruit cocktail.

Tuesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes/gravy, mixed veggies, bread and banana pudding.

Wednesday: Pulled pork/ no sauce, baked beans, glazed carrots, bread and spiced apples.

Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, English peas with pearl onions, bread and a cranberry oatmeal cookie.

Friday: Smoked sausage/ sauerkraut, great northern beans, bread and mandarin oranges.

Feb. 19-23

Monday: Closed for Presidents Day

Tuesday: Chicken tenders, garlic mashed potatoes, cream gravy, steamed veggies, bread and a fruit cup.

Wednesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad, broccoli florets, garlic bread and chef’s choice dessert.

Thursday: Baked ham, sweet potatoes, veggie medley, bread and fruit cobbler.

Friday: Stuffed bell peppers, Capri veggies, bread and ambrosia salad.

Feb. 26-28

Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, cream gravy, green beans, bread and tropical fruit.

Tuesday: Chili, corn, crackers and cinnamon rolls.

Wednesday: Beer battered fish, tartar sauce, fried okra, pinto beans, hush puppies and cooks choice dessert.
