Thursday — Beef Stroganoff, wide egg noodles, steamed broccoli with cheese, applesauce and wheat roll. Friday — BBQ Beef/ bun, potato salad, baked beans, pear half and cookie.

March 5 – March 9

Monday — Chicken tenders, seasoned potato wedges, glazed carrots, fruit cup, pound cake and wheat bread. Tuesday — Pork pot roast, au gratin potatoes, seasoned green beans, fruited gelatin and wheat roll. Wednesday — Navy beans and ham, tossed small salad, cinnamon apples and cornbread. Thursday — Hamburger/bun, lettuce, tomato, pickle, potato wedges and fruit yogurt cup. Friday — Chicken enchilada bake, Spanish rice, seasoned pinto beans and orange wedges.

March 12 – March 16

Monday — Beef lasagna, cream style corn, small salad with dressing, fruit and garlic bread. Tuesday — Beef tips, egg noodles, green beans, fruit crisp and wheat roll. Wednesday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, cream gravy, zucchini and tomatoes, fruit cup and wheat roll. Thursday — Glazed ham, sweet potatoes, corn, vanilla yogurt w/ blueberrie­s & strawberri­es and wheat bread. Friday — Corned beef brisket, potatoes O’Brien, bubble and squeak cabbage, lime green Jell-O with fruit and wheat bread.

March 19 – March 23

Monday — Chili with beans, small salad with dressing, crackers, fruit and ice cream cup. Tuesday — Lemon caper chicken, green beans with pimento, Harvard beets, chocolate brownie and wheat bread. Wednesday — Meatloaf, mashed potatoes w/gravy, steamed cabbage, fruit cobbler and wheat roll. Thursday — Egg and sausage casserole, oven-roasted potatoes, fresh fruit and cinnamon roll. Friday — Chicken fajitas, flour tortilla, Spanish rice, pinto beans, salsa, fruit and sugar cookie.

March 26 – March 30

Monday — Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian blend veggies, Ambrosia salad and garlic bread. Tuesday — BBQ chicken, buttered corn, oven-roasted Brussels sprouts, scalloped pineapple and wheat bread. Wednesday — Smothered hamburger with onions and peppers, mashed potatoes, turnip greens, tropical fruit cup and wheat roll. Thursday — Taco salad /hamburger, cheese, tomato, lettuce, salsa, chips, black beans and cranberry-oatmeal cookie. Friday — Catfish with tarter sauce, French fries, coleslaw, green tomato relish, hush puppies and frozen treat.
