Ladies Bible Study

Women are invited to Acts: The Growth of the Early Church, Part II. The class is taught by Laura Macfarlan and held at First Baptist Church from 9 to 11 a.m. on Wednesdays. CCF Women’s Bible Study

Community Christian Fellowship Women of Purpose Bible Study will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays in room #104 at CCF. During the spring semester the group will be studying the books of Judges and Ruth. Participan­ts should bring their Bible and a notebook, and enter through the south door. Childcare, although not currently available, may be provided depending on need. Youth programs are available for fifth grade through 12th grade during the study time. Holy Eucharist service

A Celtic Evensong with Holy Eucharist service will be offered at Grace Episcopal Church at 5:30 p.m. Sunday evenings. This Celtic worship service celebrates liturgical traditions drawn from Iona and Northumbri­a, celebratin­g simplicity, meditation, music, and community. This service welcomes worshipers from other faith traditions, as well as those with little to no religious background. All are welcome.

Eastgate Awana

Eastgate Baptist Church, located at 4950 U.S. Highway 412 East, will host Awana on Wednesday nights. Each night will begin at 6 p.m. with a light meal, and Awana Club will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. During that time, kids — ages 4 years through sixth grade — will play games, have a lesson, and learn the word of God. Community Women’s Bible Study

Community Women’s Bible Study, an interdenom­inational gathering, will meet from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesdays at Sager Creek Community Church, located at 1600 Cheri Whitlock Drive in Siloam Springs. The group is studying “A Living Hope in Christ” by Jen Wilkin, based on I Peter. Study guides are available to purchase. There is also a 6:30 evening Bible study on the same topic in the same location. A KidsTime children’s program is available for a small charge for infants through age 5 for the morning meeting. Hope’s Kitchen at Saint Mary

Hope’s Kitchen at Saint Mary Catholic Church provides free meals from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first and third Friday of each month. Veterans, the homeless, needy, elderly, unemployed, lonely and any families with children are invited to the free home-cooked meal. Harvard Avenue Baptist Church

Harvard Avenue Baptist Church’s mission is to connect all people to Christ, his community, and his calling. People who are not currently attending a local church or have recently moved into the community, are invited to attend the church on Sunday mornings. The worship service begins at 10:30 a.m. and the church is located at 760 South Lincoln Street in Siloam Springs. The church also provides weekly ministries for children and students. Mothering Matters

Mothering Matters holds meetings the first and third Fridays of each month through May, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., at Siloam Springs Bible Church. Mothering Matters is a ministry of Siloam Springs Bible Church designed to encourage mothers of young children. Quality, loving childcare by skilled, background-checked child care workers is offered during monthly meetings to children age infant through pre-kindergart­en as well as homeschool­ers.
