Eureka Springs, Ark., has been a popular resort town and vacation destination since the 1800s. Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas surrounded by rivers and lakes, Eureka Springs became known early on for its healing waters, Victorian architecture and historical significance and as a haven for artists. There is something for the entire family in Eureka Springs. If you’re looking for a family get-away, a romantic time with that special someone or to have a wonderful relaxing time in the Ozarks, Eureka Springs has something to accommodate you. The resort town offers art galleries, caves and caverns, fishing, horseback riding, wineries, sports and recreation, shopping, and outdoor attractions. The music and comedy stage shows of Eureka Springs allow you to enjoy a night of music and laughter. Many events are held in Eureka Springs, including the upcoming Mustang Weekend which will be held May 31-June 3. Mustangs of every model, every year, customized, and stock will be on display. Even though the event is advertised as a Mustang event, any Ford product who wishes to participate will not be turned away. This event will be a jam packed weekend of different activities ranging from a get together to a cruise to a parade and more. Following this, Eureka Springs will play host to Blues Weekend June 15-17. The lineup features some of the greats and some of the hottest new blues musicians in the country.
