Elijah and Khi Chouinard

Elijah Scott Chouinard and Khi Anthony Chouinard, infant twin boys, died July 18, 2018, in Siloam Springs, Ark.

They were born on July 18, 2018, to Leighann Morgan Davis of Siloam Springs and Alexander Nathanial Chouinard of Bentonville, Ark.

They are survived by their parents; maternal grandmother, Misty Davis of Siloam Springs; maternal grandfather, Travis Davis of Mansfield, Ark.; paternal grandparents, Tanya and husband Ron Chouinard Jr. of Lowell, Ark.

Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 28, 2018, at Pleasant Street Church of Christ in Springdale, Ark.

Karla Jean Coulson

Karla Jean Coulson, 66, of Rogers, Ark., died July 22, 2018, at Earlene Howard Circle of Life Hospice Home in Springdale, Ark.

She was born Feb. 20, 1952, in Siloam Springs, Ark., to Robert Coulson and Greta Willis Coulson.

She grew up in Carrollton, Texas. She was a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church. She graduated in 1970 from R.L. Turner High School in Carrollton. She earned a degree in music from Jacksonville College in Jacksonville, Texas. Later she earned an associate’s degree in accounting from Brookhaven College in Farmers Branch, Texas.

She moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1991 and worked for Walmart in various clerical positions until her retirement in 2014. She then became the caregiver for her mother.

She was preceded in death by her mother on July 13, 2018.

She is survived by an uncle, Gerald Willis and wife Eloise of Carrollton; and many cousins.
