Knights of Columbus Semiannual Yard Sale
St. Mary Catholic Church Knights of Columbus will hold their semiannual yard sale from 7:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 11 at the church’s fellowship hall, located at 1998 U.S. Highway 412 E. Markdowns are made throughout the day with a bag sale prior to close.
Grace Episcopal Church will hold “Grace On Tap” during the summer on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 p.m. in the event room at 28 Springs. Childcare is available, please contact Grace Church 479524-8782. All are welcome.
Eastgate Awana
Eastgate Baptist Church, located at 4950 U.S. Highway 412 East, will host Awana on Wednesday nights. Each night will begin at 6 p.m. with a light meal, and Awana Club will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. During that time, kids — ages 4 years through sixth grade — will play games, have a lesson, and learn the word of God. FBC Siloam Springs Awana
First Baptist Church Siloam Springs offers an Awana program for children preschool through grade 6. Awana is a world-wide nonprofit ministry focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and discipleship solutions for children. As the global leader in child and youth discipleship, Awana gives children the opportunity to know, love and serve Jesus, no matter their background. The First Baptist Awana program involves games, small group and large group activities. Hope’s Kitchen at Saint Mary
Hope’s Kitchen at Saint Mary Catholic Church provides free meals from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first and third Friday of each month. Veterans, the homeless, needy, elderly, unemployed, lonely and any families with children are invited to the free home-cooked meal. Covenant Church

Christ Lutheran Church
Christ Lutheran Church is located at 920 S. Carl Street in Siloam Springs. Divine Worship is held each Sunday at 10:30 a.m., Sunday School for children and adult Bible study begins at 9:15 a.m. The Sacrament of the Altar is celebrated on the first, third and fifth Sundays of the month. The Adult Bible Study group is studying a topical interactive Bible Study about the basic teachings of the Scripture and is called: “God Connects… Renewing, Reviewing, and Refreshing My Faith,” provided by Lutheran Hour Ministries and hosted by Pastor Gregory Seltz, Speaker of The Lutheran Hour Radio Broadcast. First Baptist Church to hold 10-week Bible study
The First Baptist Church of Siloam Springs is holding a 10-week bible study called “Living Beyond Yourself by Beth Moore.” Its purpose will be to examine the “fruit of the spirit” that is mentioned in the biblical book of Galatians. The study will take place in the church parlor on Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and the first session will take place on Thursday, Sept. 6. The sessions will be facilitated by Cassie Perryman and Sheree Crandall, childcare will be provided if necessary and participants will need to purchase a workbook, which will cost $22 with tax included.
