It told him to move his trash container away from the sidewalk.

The notice is not an enforcement acWion buW includes WhDW “FDilure Wo comSly wiWh Whe Dbove mDrked iWem/s could resulW in violDWion noWice Dnd Sossible fines.”

“I MusW don’W like WhDW Whe Solice Dre handing this out. They’re threatening Whe ciWizens,” McInWyre Wold SouderWon Borough Council Aug. 6. “They should only enIorce lDws, noW mDke Whem uS.”
