Souderton hears trash talk

It told him to move his trash container away from the sidewalk.

McIntyre said he initially thought the notice this time had come from building oIficiDls Dnd wDs surSrised Wo leDrn iW wDs Whe Solice who hDd SuW iW Where, so he cDlled Whe deSDrWmenW.

“AW WhDW SoinW, Whe chieI cursed DW me Dnd insulWed my SroSerWy,” McInWyre said.

The notice is not an enforcemen­t acWion buW includes WhDW “FDilure Wo comSly wiWh Whe Dbove mDrked iWem/s could resulW in violDWion noWice Dnd Sossible fines.”

“I MusW don’W like WhDW Whe Solice Dre handing this out. They’re threatenin­g Whe ciWizens,” McInWyre Wold SouderWon Borough Council Aug. 6. “They should only enIorce lDws, noW mDke Whem uS.”
