1950s. Lucy later worked for many years in the family business. She also served as chairwoman of the Goshen College Alumni Board.

Lucy was a member of Blooming Glen Mennonite Church, where she served as RQH RI WKH fiRVW ZRPHQ HOGHRV for 18 years. She was also a Sunday school teacher, youth sponsor and church administra­tor. Lucy served in several leadership roles in the Franconia Mennonite Conference.

She was a devoted mother and grandmothe­r who spent many countless hours reading to her grandchild­ren and playing games with her family. Lucy was an avid tennis player throughout her lifetime. She was a caring and compassion­ate person, reaching out to many people.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Susan Gotwals and husband Tim Lehman, of Sterling, Ohio; two sons, Brent Gotwals and wife Julie, of Telford, Pa., and Chris Gotwals and wife Kathy, of Barto, Pa.; seven grandchild­ren; a step-granddaugh­ter; two step-great-granddaugh­ters; and a sister-in-law, Betty Yoder, of Huntingdon, Pa.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Elton, Elmer and Merle Yoder, and three sisters, Arvilla King, Pauline King and Lola Goss.

Visitation­s will be held on Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, at Blooming Glen Mennonite Church from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Blooming Glen Mennonite Church, 713 Blooming Glen Road, Blooming Glen, PA 18911. Internment will take place in the adjoining church cemetery.
