• Second Fridays, a series of creative evening entertainments, will be held at 7:30 p.m. at ,ndian Valley Public Library, 100 E. Church Ave., Telford on the following dates: Aug. 10, Acoustic Blender quartet and Sept. 14, The Druckenmillers. Thanks to the Pharo Family Fund for sponsoring Second Fridays 2012.

• The annual Carillon Bell Concert, featuring classical, popular, patriotic music and hymns, will be held Saturday, Aug. 11 at 6 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church - Ridge Valley, 910 Allentown Rd., West Rockhill Township. Concert will be outside; bring blanket or chair; refreshments and playground are available. The Bucks County Department of Parks and Recreation and The Friends of Peace Valley Nature Center, are held year round from 7-9 a.m. each week. Beginning birders are always welcome. • Become a “Friend of The Learning Gardens” at Penn State Cooperative Extension Montgomery County. The Learning Gardens is a tool for learning about the multitudes of plants and planting materials, and to demonstrate different ways to use these materials. ,nformation: 610-489-4315.
