Where’s the NAS?

I was so captivated by Kris Deering’s review of the Zappiti 4K HDR Media System in the February/march 2020 issue that I visited the company’s website to get more info and find out where to purchase the NAS Rip 4K

HDR. The review should have mentioned that Zappiti doesn’t sell the NAS Rip 4K HDR in the U.S., though all their other models are available here.

We reached out to Zappiti to confirm availability in the U.S. and were told by its

U.S. representative that the NAS Rip 4K HDR is available here, but not via the company’s online store. To purchase the NAS Rip 4K HDR in the U.S., customers will need to contact Zappiti directly by email (info@ zappiti.us.com) or phone (813-220-9200). This information was not made clear to us when the product was being reviewed, and we apologize for any confusion the omission may have caused. Zappiti also shared that the NAS Rip 4K HDR is available in the U.S. through its local reseller network for those who feel more comfortable having the unit installed and serviced by a professional.
