6 good- size conch, cleaned 1 medium onion, chopped 1 egg 2 cups flour milk curry pow­der hot pep­per sauce salt and pep­per Method Put the conch through a meat grinder or mince it. Make a thick bat­ter with the flour and milk. Mix in the conch, egg, onion and spices. Deep fry serv­ing-spoon­size dol­lops in hot oil. Serve with le­mon juice and hot sauce.
