COVID-19 testing locations.
The number of test sites available to people in South Florida has increased: not all sites are included here. As the number of cases continues to rise again, the sites are getting backed up, many require appointments, and all depend on the availability of tests. With the current volume of testing across the state, results may take up to a week or more to receive.

Many of the drive-thru test sites are available by appointment only, and all sites depend on the availability of test kits. Call ahead for specific information from the site.
Broward County
Coconut Creek:
Tradewinds Park, 3600 W. Sample Rd. Offered Sunday through Thursday, testing is available to anyone five and older, regardless of symptoms. Appointments and pre-registration is not required. Individuals must bring a valid photo ID. Hours of operation include 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Cooper City: Brian Piccolo Park, 9501 Sheridan St. Available Monday through Friday, testing is offered to anyone 18 and older, regardless of symptoms. Pre-registration is not required. Hours of operation include 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Davie: Vista View Park, 4001 SW 142nd Ave. Opened Sunday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., testing is available for individuals of any age, regardless of symptoms. Testing will be conducted by oral pharyngeal or nasal pharyngeal swab. No pre-registration is required.
Deerfield Beach: Quiet Waters Park, 401 S Powerline Rd. Available Sunday through Thursday, testing is open to individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. Pre-registration is not required. Hours of operation include 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Fort Lauderdale: Mills Pond Park, 2201 NW
Ninth Ave. Opened Friday through Wednesday, drivethru testing is available to anyone with or without symptoms. Hours of operation include 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. No appointment is required.
Fort Lauderdale: War Memorial, 800 NE Eighth St. Open Tuesday through Saturday, testing is available for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. The site is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Appointments can be made at 1-800-209-7919.
Lauderhill: Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium at 3700 NW 11th Place. Open Monday through Friday, testing is available for anyone five and older, regardless of symptoms. Hours of operation include 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pembroke Pines: C.B. Smith Park park-and-ride lot, 900 N. Flamingo Road, Pembroke Pines. Opened seven days a week, testing is available for anyone, regardless of symptoms. Hours of operation include 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration is required and can be made by calling 954-276-4680. Individuals must bring a valid ID.
Sunrise: Markham Park, 16001 W State Road 84. Opened Tuesday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., testing is available for individuals of any age, regardless of symptoms. No appointment or pre-registration is required.
Weston: Cleveland Clinic Weston’s Krupa Center, 3250 Meridian Parkway, Weston. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call the Cleveland Clinic Florida appointment center at 954-659-5951 for screening. Potential patients are screened by a nurse. Testing is available for anyone 18 and older, regardless of symptoms.
Palm Beach County
Delray Beach: South County Civic Center, 16700 Jog Road. Testing is available for individuals 12 and older, regardless of symptoms. Open from Tuesday to Thursday, the operating hours include 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments are required and can be made at 800-209-7919.
West Palm Beach:
FITTEAM Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, 5444 Haverhill Road. The drive-thru testing site is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to noon. Tests are done by appointment only. Call 561-642-1000 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. for a pre-screening interview and to set up an appointment. Results should be available in 48 to 72 hours and operators will be available to assist in English, Spanish and Creole. Testing is available for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. Antibody testing is available as well; call 561-642-1000.
West Palm Beach:
Foundcare, 2330 S Congress Ave. Opened Wednesdays, Testing is available for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. Hours of operation include 7 to 9 a.m. as well as 4 to 7 p.m. Appointments are required; call 561-9670365.
Miami-Dade
Cutler Bay: South Dade Government Center, 10710 SW 211th St. Testing is available daily for individuals of all ages, regardless of experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Appointments are required and can be made on the Miami-Dade website. Hours of operation include seven days a week, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Only one other passenger is allowed in the car to be tested.
Doral: Police Training and Community Center, 3719 NW 97th Ave. Testing is available for Doral residents ages four and older, regardless of symptoms. Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, hours of operation include 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointments are required. Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Screenings will be available at this location until Dec. 5.
Hialeah: Amelia Earhart Park, 401 E. 65th St. Testing is available Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. by appointment only. Screenings will take place at the rotunda near the entrance, 401 E. 65th St. Vehicles must enter at Palm Avenue and East 65th Street entrance. Individuals of all ages can receive the testing, regardless of symptoms. Call 305-268-4319 to make an appointment. Only two individuals are permitted in the car. The driver and the passenger will be tested.
Hialeah: CareSpot Urgent Care of Miami Gardens, 18706 NW 67th Ave. With no appointments required, Care Spot Urgent Care is offering to test to anyone who wishes to be tested. Testing is available every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to individuals of all ages. Appointments can be placed at 786-563-0280.
Hialeah: Larkin Community Hospital, 1475 W 49th
Pl. Opened seven days a week, individuals of all ages can receive testing, regardless of symptoms. Appointments are required.
Hialeah Gardens:
Walmart, 9300 NW 77th Ave. Drive-thru testing is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Testing is exclusive for Miami-Dade residents who are 18 years and old that COVID-19 symptoms. Health care providers and first responders or anyone in a high-risk group can be tested without symptoms. Testing will be completed in the individual’s vehicle and will require them to perform a self-administered nasal swab in their car with a healthcare provider observing them. Appointments can be made through Quest Diagnostics’ online portal.
Homestead: Air Reserve Park, 12200 SW 268 St. Open Monday through Saturday, testing is available for individuals ages five and older, regardless of symptoms. Appointments are required for everyone in the vehicle. Hours of operation include 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday to Friday, while Saturday’s testing is open from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Homestead: Martin Luther King Jr./ Clinica Campesina Health Center, 810 W Mowry Dr. Opened Monday and Wednesday, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., individuals who recently traveled to any of the highrisk countries or have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 are eligible for testing. Individuals must have symptoms. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 305-252-4820.
Miami: Tropical Park, 7900 SW 40th St. Open seven days a week, testing is available for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. Each person in the vehicle must have an appointment. Appointments can be made through florida.curativeinc.com/ welcome. Hours of operation include 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Miami: Miami-Dade County Youth Fairgrounds, 10901 SW 24th St. Open seven days a week, the testing site is open daily for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. Individuals must schedule an appointment on the Miami-Dade website. Each person in the vehicle must have an appointment. Hours of operation include 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Miami: West parking lot of Marlins Park in MiamiDade County, 501 Marlins Way. Individuals of all ages regardless of symptoms can be tested. Appointments are required; call 305-4998767. Open seven days a week, the hours of operation include 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Miami Beach: MedRight Urgent Care site, 542 W 41st St. The site is open seven days a week from, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You must be pre-approved by a doctor and make an appointment by calling 305-735-3909. Individuals of any age regardless of symptoms can receive testing.
Miami Beach: Community Health Center, 710
Alton Rd. Open Monday through Friday, individuals of all ages with symptoms to be tested. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 305-5388835.
Miami Beach: Community Health Center, 1221 71st St. Open Monday through Friday, individuals of all ages can receive testing, regardless of possessing symptoms. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 305-538-8835.
Miami Beach: Miami Beach Convention Center, 1901 Convention Center
Dr. Opened seven days a week, individuals of all ages can be tested, regardless of symptoms. Hours of operation include 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Appointments can be made at curative.com/ sites/10489#9/25.7965/ -80.1349.
Miami Gardens: East parking lot at Hard Rock Stadium, 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens. It is open all seven days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Results take about three to five days. Individuals of all ages with a valid photo ID can get tested, regardless of whether or not they are showing symptoms. The testing site is able to serve a maximum of 750 individuals per day. No appointments are necessary. Antibody testing is also available for anyone 18 and older.
North Miami: Community Health Center, 11645 Biscayne Blvd. Open Monday through Friday, individuals must be 18 years or older with symptoms to be tested. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 305-5388835. Hours of operation include 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pinecrest: Testing is available for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. Opened Monday through Thursday, hours of operation include 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Appointments are required.
CVS Pharmacy
Self-swab tests are available for individuals who meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention criteria. Patients must register at the appointment portal for CVS. Individuals will be required to remain in their vehicles and will be directed to the pharmacy drive-thru window. Tests will be sent to an independent, third-party lab, and people who are tested will receive their results in three days.

For those who don’t have cars, there are options for testing.
Belle Glade: Lakeside Medical Center, 39200 Hookey Highway. Testing is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to Noon. Patients must call 561-642-1000 to schedule an appointment. Screenings are available for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms.
Boca Raton: Florida Atlantic University, 901 NW 35th St. Testing is available on Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Residents should enter the testing area from Spanish River Boulevard. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 1-800-2097919. Proper ID will be required upon arrival. Testing is available to individuals 12 and older, with or without symptoms.
Boynton Beach: St. Johns Missionary Baptist Church, 900 N Seacrest Blvd. Available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, testing is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. Appointments are preferred; call 561-7702370.
Coral Springs: Mullins Park, 10000 Ben Geiger Dr. Testing is open to all ages, regardless of symptoms. Hours of operation include Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Appointments can be made at 954-412-7300.
Delray Beach: C.L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic at 225 S. Congress Ave. Residents can call the Health Care District’s Testing Hotline, 561-642-1000, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to noon to be scheduled for an appointment. Patients of any age can schedule an appointment and also do not need to be symptomatic.
Hollywood: Boulevard Heights Community Center, 6770 Garfield St. Opened Tuesday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Testing is available for individuals 18 and older, regardless of symptoms.
Homestead: Harris Field, 675 North Homestead Blvd. Opened seven days a week, testing is open for individuals five or older, regardless of symptoms. Appointments are required and can be made at the Miami-Dade government website. Pedestrian access is available for individuals without transportation. Operating hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Jupiter: C.L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics. 411 W. Indiantown Road. Testing is free and open to individuals of any age who do. not need to be symptom- L atic. Results are communicated by a Health Care District provider as soon as they are available. For more information, call 561-6421000. The site is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. by appointment.
Lauderhill: Sports Park, 7500 W. Oakland Park Blvd. Testing is available for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. Open seven days a week, the hours of operation include 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Miami: Care 4 U Community Health Center, 4690 NW 7th Ave. Individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms can be tested Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Miami: Joseph Caleb Center, 5400 NW 22nd Ave. Testing is available seven days a week for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. Appointments can be made on the MiamiDade government website. Operating hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Miami: Manuel Artime Theater, 900 SW First St. Hours of operation include seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Testing is available to individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. No appointment required. Call 305-5755057 for additional information.
Miami: Salvation Army, 911 West Flagler St. Testing is offered for anyone five and older, regardless of symptoms. Open Monday through Saturday, hours of operation Monday through Friday include 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m, while Saturday’s hours are 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Minors must arrive with a parent or guardian. Appointments are encouraged and can be made on the Fulgent Genetics website.

Open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the City of Miramar and the State Department of Health will be conducting tests for anyone who wishes to be screened. Testing is free and will provide results back in 48 to 72-hours. To receive testing, individuals must bring state-approved IDs with current address information.
North Dade: Vacant Costco, 14585 Biscayne Blvd. Opened Monday through Saturday, testing is available for individuals ages five and older, regardless of symptoms. Hours of operation include Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., while Saturday’s hours are 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Appointments are required.

Pahokee: Florida Community Health Center, 170 S Barfield Highway, Unit #101. Opened Tuesdays and Thursdays, testing is available for individuals of all ages, regardless of symptoms. Hours of operation include 9 a.m. to noon. No appointments are required.
Pompano Beach:
Annie L. Weaver Health Center, 2011 NW Third Ave. Opened Tuesday and Thursday, from 9 a.m. to noon. Pre-registration, which includes a written prescription for testing from a physician, is required for a scheduled appointment. To register, call 954-320-5730. Individuals must also bring a valid photo ID.
Pompano Beach: Mitchell Moore Park, 901 NW 10th St., Pompano Beach. Opened six days a week, the testing site is operated by the Florida Department of Health in Broward County. Anyone with symptoms can be tested at the walk-up locations. No appointments are necessary. Hours of operation include 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Testing is closed Thursday.
Wellington: Wellington Community Center, 12150 Forest Hill Blvd. Individuals ages 12 and older are eligible for testing, regardless of symptoms. Testing is available by appointment only; call 561-753-2484.
West Palm Beach: C.L. Brumback Primary Care Clinic, 1150 45th St. Testing is free and open to individuals of any age who do not need to be symptomatic. Results are communicated by a Health Care District provider as soon as they are available. For more information, call 561-642-1000. Hours of operation include Monday through Friday, from 8 - 11 a.m.
West Palm Beach:
Riviera Rach Integrated
Care, 31 W 20th St. Opened Monday through Thursday, individuals can receive testing from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments are required; call 561-5100471.
West Palm Beach: Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 7305 N Military Trail. Testing is available for veterans enrolled in VA health care and who possess COVID19 symptoms. Call 1-877741-3400.
IN-HOME TESTING
Broward County: Homebound elderly or individuals with disabilities who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and cannot leave their homes should call the Broward County COVID-19 Call Center at 954-357-9500. Initial hours of operation will be 9 a.m.noon, and 1 p.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday. The Call Center is open 8 a.m.-6 p.m. seven days a week.
Palm Beach County:
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue will begin testing of homebound residents Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Only residents who homebound elderly or individuals with disabilities who are experiencing COVID19 related symptoms are eligible for the in-home testing. For a pre-qualifying assessment, individuals who believe they’re eligible should call the Palm Beach County Emergency Information Center at 561-7126400.
Coral Gables: Coral Gables Fire-Rescue offers at-home testing for individuals ages 65 and older. Seniors must be symptomatic to receive testing. Call 305-460-5401 to schedule an appointment.
Delray Beach: The Delray Beach Fire Rescue and the Delray Medical Center are teaming up to offer local residents in-home testing for those who can’t get to a testing site. To inquire about a home test, Delray Beach resident should call the city’s coronavirus helpline at 561-243-7777.
Hialeah: Residents who are over the age of 65 who are experiencing symptoms but are homebound can request an in-home test. Appointments can be made by calling 305-8632950 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Testing is performed by the City of Hialeah Fire Department.
Miami: City of Miami residents ages 18 and older without transportation who are experiencing symptoms can receive testing. Appointments can be made at 305-960-5050. In-home testing is offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
Miami: Miami Fire Rescue is offering free in-home testing to homebound seniors aged 65 or older or anyone over 18 with disabilities. Individuals can schedule an appointment on the MiamiDade government website. Operating hours begin at 9 a.m.
Miami Beach: Miami Beach residents over the age of 65 who are experiencing symptoms but are homebound may call to request a COVID-19 test to be performed at their home. Residents must first make an appointment by calling 305-604-2489. Testing is available from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Pixel by LabCorp: To receive an at-home test kit, individuals must complete prescreening on Pixel by LabCorp’s website or by calling 1-800-833-3935. Individuals must either be symptomatic, have come in close contact with someone with COVID-19, are frontline healthcare workers or first responders.
