Retired radio personality Tom Joyner, the former nationally syndicated host of “The Tom Joyner Morning Show,” has listed his 9,402-square-foot mansion in Golden Beach — complete with boxing ring and private beach — for $20 million.

The Town of Golden Beach sits on 1.3 miles along State Road A1A at the Miami-Dade County/ Broward County line. It’s bounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the east, the Intracoastal Waterway to the west, Hallandale Beach to the north and Sunny Isles Beach to the South.

“It’s the northernmost municipality in MiamiDade County,” said Dina Goldentayer, executive director of sales for Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami Beach, who holds the

listing. “It is really the only true oceanfront single-family enclave.”

The tri-level home, at 469 Ocean Blvd., has three bedrooms and four baths. Built in 2007, the home recently underwent a $7.5 million renovation and is being sold furnished, without the artwork.

Features of the gated home include a grand primary suite that spans the entire third floor and includes three terraces and a bathroom with a glass-encased RiFRA tub in the center of the room. The home also has an office and views of the ocean from almost every room. The garage was converted into a boxing ring.

Exterior features include an oceanfront pool, verandas, a summer kitchen, a louvered cabana and 50 linear feet directly on the ocean.

Public records show that Joyner purchased the property in October 2015 for $10.5 million. He’s now selling because he doesn’t want to be tied to one place, Goldentayer said.

“I want to be a ‘five-star gypsy man,’ ” Joyner said in a written statement. “While my house is paradise, it’s time for the next phase of my best life. I plan to travel to luxury destinations around the world and stay for two or three months at a time.”

Goldentayer said that the property is a “unicorn.” “Many of the homes in Golden Beach are not renovated,” she said “This one is turnkey, and you can literally move in immediately.”
