Lauren Pace likes to engage, stay in touch
Lauren Pace is a leasing associate for Sunbeam Properties & Development at the Miramar Park of Commerce. Pace helps to oversee leasing and tenant relations for more than 5 million square feet of office, industrial and flex space, bringing businesses and jobs to Miramar, benefiting the local economy and the community. Pace recently chaired the Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s South Florida’s Broward Bus Tour committee, and she’s scheduled to become a member of NAIOP’s 2019 board of directors.

Stay in touch: The bus tour and other NAIOP events give us a great opportunity to network with our peers in the industry. For me, it’s important that all of the brokers know what’s new at the Miramar Park of Commerce.
