M. Scott Milinski was installed in the National Academy of Arbitrators at its recent conference in Austin, Texas. Prior to Milinski becoming a labor arbitrator in 2006, Scott worked as employee relations director with the city of Fort Lauderdale. He also served as president of the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA) and the Florida Public Employer Labor Relations Association (FPELRA).
Patyl A. Oflazian has joined Talenfeld Law as a senior associate in Fort Lauderdale. Oflazian was an Assistant State Attorney in the 17th Judicial Circuit, serving in the Sexual Battery and Child Abuse Unit and in the Homicide Trial Unit.
