July 24 – FAA Extension of the Comment Period for Florida Metroplex Project, for the South-Central Florida Metroplex, the agency’s plan to modernize air traffic procedures for 21 airports in the southern half of the state, including airports in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties The Federal Aviation Administration has extended the comment period on the Draft Environmental Assessment to July 24. The public can review the Draft EA and submit comments and can view recordings of the workshops at Community Involvement South Central Florida.
