Ocean Bank announced that Eddie Diaz, head of corporate lending, has been promoted to executive vice president, in Miami.
EisnerAmper LLP business advisory firm announced that Yvette Garcia has joined the firm as a commercial audit partner concentrating on audit & assurance, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings and capital formation.

Johnson, Ritchey & Feldman announced the addition of Luz M McLean and Karen M Pollock as associates in its family law department and Martin R. Mallinger has joined the firm to head its real estate and probate administration department.

The Ed Morse Automotive Group announced that Jessica Altamirano was promoted from office manager to general manager of Insurco Insurance & Financial Services. Insurco is the insurance arm for Ed Morse Automotive
Group, which sells and services various types of insurance products and financial services, many of which are in Ed Morse dealerships.
Community
Milagro Center, the Delray Beach-based nonprofit organization providing academics, cultural arts, and mentoring to the community’s most at-risk children and teens, announced its Board of Directors for 2021. Within the Executive Committee, Kurt Knaus of PNC was reappointed as board chair; David Worthington of Keter, vice chair; Silvia Evans of Palm Beach Accounting & Financial Services, treasurer; and Lisa Cody of Twin Star Home, secretary. Board members also include David Beale, Esq., LaToya Dixon of Palm Beach County Schools, Sarah Santangelo of DPR Construction, Nancy Singer and Joseph Sontz community volunteers, Brad
Straka of CreativeDrive, and Michael Welsh of Iberia Bank. Milagro Center also announced Ricardo Rodriguez was named to the newly created position of creative arts director. Rodriguez has been with the organization since 2019.
Promise Fund of Florida appointed Eric Brinker to its board of directors. Brinker’s appointment reunites him with his mother, Promise Fund co-founder Nancy G. Brinker. Eric Brinker brings years of executive business experience and a unique perspective and understanding of the cancer movement to the Promise Fund, having been present at the founding of Susan G. Komen, also founded by his mother. He also served as a global ambassador, spokesperson, and national board member for the organization.
The Diabetes Research Institute Foundation announced the appointment of Pamela Brylski to its national board of directors. Brylski’s experience covers a wide range of financial sectors. She is currently a senior vice president at Morgan Stanley, where she focuses on serving the wealth management needs of families and institutions. Previously, she was a vice president in the investment management division of Goldman Sachs.
