$34M modern mansion is most expensive listing on Palm Island PRIME PROPERTY
Homebuyers seeking a turnkey opportunity — to purchase a new home already furnished by design firm Roche Bobois — should take a look at a 15,740-square-foot modern mansion in Miami Beach.
The two-story gated home, at 135 Palm Ave., is located on Palm Island, a man-made island in Biscayne Bay just south of Hibiscus Island.

“Palm Island is a guardgated island that’s centrally located between Miami and Miami Beach, so you have easy access to everything within the city,” said Jeff Miller, a real estate agent with One Sotheby’s International Realty in Miami Beach, who holds the listing. “This house is in the estate section of Palm Island, where all the big homes are.”
Miller said the house is currently the most expensive listing on Palm Island and that he expects it to set a record price for the island when sold. “We’ve already turned down offers which would have been a new record,” he added.
Listed for $34 million, the mansion was built in 2020 and has eight bedrooms and 11 baths. It sits on a .7-acre lot with 100 feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay. The first floor features open chef and prep kitchens, a movie theater and a guest suite. A custom glass staircase and elevator lead to the second floor, which has a master suite with dual vanities and showers, a floating tub, custom walk-in closets and a midnight bar.

“One of the things that really separates this house is that it’s a warm, contemporary home,” Miller said. “A lot of the time, when I visit homes that have a contemporary feel, they almost feel not livable. This house is extremely warm, with a great floor plan, and it’s a big home on a large lot, which is hard to find.”
