Will Passover and Easter bring South Floridians out of their homes and into restaurant­s?

If secular celebratio­ns such as New Year’s Eve, Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day are any indication, then the sacred holidays could resemble pre-pandemic days.

We’ve compiled a list of some of our favorite restaurant offers in Broward and southern Palm Beach counties.

Passover is March 27-April 4 and Easter is April 4.

Remember that prices may not include taxes and gratuities.

Brimstone Restaurant Group

Fort Lauderdale will serve Easter dinner on April 4 from noon-5 p.m. The family-style meal is $79 per person.

„ Starters include a spring pea salad with prosciutto, shaved radish, fennel, farm greens, basil and white balsamic vinaigrett­e; hot smoked fish dip in a bread boule as well as a garlic crostini.

„ The entrée will be honey roasted ham and grilled Faroe Island salmon, scalloped potatoes with leeks, honey and sumac roasted baby carrots, grilled asparagus with shaved Parmesan and lemon zest.

„ Dessert is lemon custard pie with amaretto cookie crumbs, lemon curd and raspberrie­s.

Burt & Max’s has a Passover To Go menu that you must order by 4 p.m. on March 19. Pick-up is from

25-26. The menu includes: „ Starters such as a quart of matzo ball soup for $15, a pint of chopped chicken liver for $7 and an apples and honey salad for $15 (serves four people).

„ The entrées are a roasted half chicken for $12 and a pound of slow-roasted brisket for $20.

„ The side dishes include a quart of sauteed spinach for $9 as well as a quart of roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes for $8 each.

„ Quarts serve threefour people, pints serve two-three people and a pound serves one-two people.

„ You can also order three lemon and coconut macaroons for $6.

Capital Grille

10 a.m.-noon.

„ Dinner includes field greens salad with Parmesan vinaigrett­e, whole rack of bone-in filet with horseradis­h cream, grilled asparagus with lemon mosto, mashed potatoes and a flourless chocolate espresso cake.

„ Add six lobster tails for

$80, 18 shrimp cocktails for

$50 and an order of lobster mac ’n’ cheese for $50 (serves two-four people).

Carrabba’s Italian Grill

„ Limited time Tuscan grilled lamb chops prepared with a grill baste, olive oil and herbs as well as a mint bourbon demiglace and choice of side for

„ Mahi Wulfe, which is lightly breaded, woodgrille­d and topped with artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and basil lemon butter sauce for $21.49.

„ Chicken piccata for

For indoor and outdoor seating, the Fort Lauderdale location will open early on Easter Sunday at

2 p.m. and the Boca Raton location at 4 p.m.

Easter specials include lamb meatballs made with Colorado lamb for $20; oven-roasted and oreganata-stuffed artichokes for $16; wood-fire roasted capretto al forno for $38; lamb fusilli (with housemade fusilli) for $26; Neopolitan Easter lasagna for $24; veal osso buco for

$38; and pastiera Napoletana for $7 a slice or $28 per cake.

Chez Marie French Bistro

Chez Marie French Bistro will have a threecours­e Passover menu on March 26-27 and an Easter dinner from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, April 4. Both dinner services will have a

$45.90 prix fixe menu.

„ For Passover weekend, the menu will include appetizer options of apple walnut salad, matzo ball soup or chopped liver. Entrée choices will be beef brisket, Norwegian salmon, herb-roasted chicken or leg of lamb (as well as a Seder plate).

„ For Easter weekend, the appetizer options will be French onion soup, strawberry almondine salad, escargots pâté de Champagne and whiskey-flambé shrimp. Entrée choices will be Norwegian salmon, tarragon chicken breast, duck a l’orange beef short ribs Bourguigno­n or leg of lamb.

„ The desserts for both Passover and Easter are chocolate mousse, apple crumble and lavender crème brulée.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant­s

Duffy’s Sports Grill

Duffy’s will have a special menu Easter weekend, April 3-4 with dishes such as lobster linguine for

$29.99, a surf and turf for

$34.99, twin lobster tails for

$36.99 and filet mignon for

$27.99.

From March 29-April

4, there will be a Peep-tini (Stoli Vanil, White Crème de Cacao, Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and heavy cream) for $7.

Also, from 5 p.m. to close on every Friday through April 2 (the last Friday of Lent), there will be a Fish Fry-Day with two Alaskan cod fillets, French fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce for $10.99.

Farmer’s Table

This restaurant will commemorat­e Passover in three ways with Seder Dinners (a prix fixe menu), Passover specials and to-go dinners.

On Saturday, March

27 — the first evening of Passover — there will be a prix fixe dinner with gefilte fish, chopped chicken liver, a matzo plate, matzo ball soup, slow-braised first cut brisket, grilled salmon, roasted eggplant and zucchini lasagna as well as honey cake. Prices are $70 per adult and $35 per child (under 10-years-old). The dinner will begin at 6 p.m.

There will also be Passover specials available a la carte for dine-in. The special menu dishes include apricot glazed halfroaste­d chicken, gefilte fish, matzo ball soup and slowbraise­d first cut brisket.

The four-course Passover menu is $46 per person and includes a traditiona­l Seder plate along with one choice from each course:

Soup options are housemade matzo ball and split pea.

„ Appetizer choices include gefilte fish, chicken liver mousse or candied walnut and beet salad.

„ The entrées you can choose from include herbroaste­d turkey breast, first-cut brisket of beef and pomegranat­e glazed salmon.

The proteins include turkey spinach feta meatballs, buffalo vegan tenders, lemon pepper salmon, teriyaki oumph/chickpea medley, ancho pulled chicken, coconut spiced chicken tenders, teriyaki salmon, impossible chorizo, spicy tuna poke, buffalo chicken and southwest chicken.
