Jeffrey Michael Kennedy tragically left this world on Saturday, 31 July 2021 at the age of sixty five. He is survived by this parents, William and Jean Kennedy, his wife of forty six years, Helen Hecht Kennedy, and his three daughters, Jessica Marie Kennedy, Rachel Ann Bailey, and Alexandra Hope Kennedy. He was preceded in death by his sister, Julia Marie Owens. Jeffrey was born to William and Jean Kennedy on 19 November 1955 at McClellan Air Force Base, California. During the course of his father’s Air Force career the family resided at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, Anderson Air Force Base, Guam, Ellsworth Air Force Base.Rapid City, South Dakota, Ramstein Air Force Base, RamsteinMe­isenbach Germany and Pope Air Force Base, Fayettevil­le, North Carolina. Jeffrey was an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, he played football and was a member of both the Wrestling team and the Chess Club. It was at 71st High School in Fayettevil­le, North Carolina where he met his future wife, Helen Hecht. Jeff and Helen were married 7 June

1975 in Fayettevil­le, North Carolina. The Kennedy’s made their first home in Kinston, North Carolina and later moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. From North Carolina they moved to Huntsville, Alabama and later to Windermere, Florida where Jeff began his career in internatio­nal sales with Informatio­n Handling Services (IHS). On 31 May 1986 they welcomed their first child, Jessica and two years later on 9 October 1988 twin girls Alexandra and Rachel joined their happy family. The family moved from the Orlando area in 1992 to Denver, Colorado and four years later returned to Florida and have made their home in Parkland for the last twenty six years. Jeff was a Master Certified Scuba Diver, Certified SkyDiver, a world traveler, an Alabama Football fan, and a gifted gardener. He was a force of nature with a larger than life personalit­y and an incredible sense of humor. He held dear the notion of being neighborly and lived in service of others. He was at his best when he was spending time with his family and the dogs. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for
