Miami fashion designer Julian Chang, known for his bold prints, has listed his 3,982-square-foot condominium in The Bath Club in Miami Beach for $5.485 million.

The residence, Unit 704 at 5959 Collins Ave., has four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. It is being sold fully furnished, with all furniture selected by Chang himself. Chang also curated the unit’s interior design.

The unit’s interior, which has a minimalist design, features 10-foot ceilings, a state-of-the-art sound system and private elevator entry, as well as a gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Miele appliances. Custom finishes include black Jatoba-Brazilian cherrywood flooring and marble and wood details on the walls. Outside, the condominium has over 500 square feet of terraces with white glass floors.

“Mr. Chang’s residence is truly turn key,” said Jill Hertzberg of The Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, who is representing Chang and his partner, David Ackerman, with her colleague Jill Eber. “This is a strong selling point. This beautiful residence can be enjoyed immediately.”

The Bath Club, which Hertzberg said has a total of 113 units, was recently renovated and offers amenities such as 540 feet of beachfront, a pool with spa, two clay tennis courts, concierge and valet services and in-house dining with a private club.

Hertzberg said that Chang and Ackerman are selling because they are looking to move into a single-family home in Broward County.

According to Chang’s website, he opened his first boutique in Miami in 2009. He has received numerous awards, including Miami Fashion Week’s “Prêt-a- Porter Designer of the Year” and VOGUE LaTam’s “Designer’s Choice Award.” Women’s Wear Daily selected him as the “Up and Coming Ready-to-Wear Designer to Watch.”
