has received NIGP’s 2021 Ella Pierce Diversity and Inclusion Award, at a recent North America Leadership Conference in Anaheim, Calif. The award recognizes trailblazers who broke the barriers of inequality and discrimination in their professional career. Singer began her career as a social worker working with domestic violence survivors.
