A 5,466-square-foot luxury condominium in Bal Harbour that’s listed for $11.9 million offers more than just three bedrooms, an office and five baths.

It’s a turnkey opportunity for the right buyer, as the unit was designed and furnished by Fabio Minotti of MinottiCollezioni in Cabiate, Italy.

The contemporary residence, 10203 Collins Ave., #2601, is located in Oceana Bal Harbour, an oceanfront condominium completed in 2017. It offers resort-style amenities, including tennis, an on-site restaurant, a library, a children’s playroom, billiard room, exercise room, heated pool, private beach pavilion, cabanas and a spa.

“It’s the premier address in Bal Harbour,” said Dina Goldentayer, an executive director of sales at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami Beach, who holds the listing.

“It has two tennis courts, which is extremely rare, the service is comparable to The Plaza in New York City and the floor plans are extremely well designed,” Goldentayer said.

The unit offers unobstructed views of the ocean and the Miami skyline. It was designed with custom materials imported from Europe, such as onyx, marble and leather and also features Venetian plaster walls and ceilings and custom millwork.

The primary suite features slabs of onyx and a glamorous dressing area. There is also a Gaggenau kitchen, a custom leather bar, a Creston smart-home system and a wrap-around balcony.

Public records disclose that the current owners purchased the unit new in February 2017 for $9.1 million. “It underwent a $2 million renovation,” Goldentayer said. “That will save someone not only money, but years of time to complete a renovation with this level of intricacy and attention to detail.”
