A recently renovated condominium in Miami’s Four Seasons Residences is being sold fully furnished, including the artwork, making the unit “toothbrush-ready,” according to its listing agent.

The “Miami-contemporary” residence, Unit 52EF at 1425 Brickell Ave., has five bedrooms plus a studio guest room, six full baths and one half bath. With an asking price of $16.495 million, the unit is priced $11.195 million more than its current owners picked it up for in August 2021, when they paid $5.3 million before commencing a gut renovation and furnishing it. It was originally built in 2003.

“The owners enjoy the design process,” said Daniel Goodstadt, a real estate agent with Douglas

Elliman Real Estate in Miami Beach, who holds the listing. “They bought it at the right time, and we believe there is an opportunity to have a very good day at the office.”

Additional features of the unit, which is over 7,000 square feet, are floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking Biscayne Bay, a media room with bar, a designer kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a wine cellar.

Building amenities include concierge service, a pool, gym and access to the services and amenities of the Four Seasons hotel.

“Four Seasons Residences was the first of the five-star condo buildings on Brickell,” said Goodstadt. “You could feel the difference in the quality of the building.”

According to Douglas Elliman, the median sales price of a condominium in the Brickell market reached new highs in each of the past three quarters, rising 32 percent between the fourth quarter of 2020 and the fourth quarter of 2021, the latest period for which statistics are currently available.

Listing inventory declined during the same period, by 61.4 percent, fueled by strong demand, low mortgage rates and Florida’s low-tax environment.
