Romance is back. At least it will be when RomaDrama Live! comes to the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach from Friday, June 24, through Sunday, June 26.

Fans of romantic comedies and seasonal programming will be able to give some love to their favorite actors, authors and screenwriters from the romance genre with meet-and-greets, parties, panels and workshops.

„ General admission tickets are $49.99 (Friday-Saturday) and $29.99 (Sunday). Weekend passes and VIP packages range in cost from $119.99 to $799.99. To purchase, go to RomaDrama.com.

„ Originally, the love fest was slated for Jan. 7-9, but the rise of COVID-19 variants knotted those heart strings. Attendees who purchased for the original dates have been automatically transferred to the rescheduled event, according to organizers. If you have any issues with those tickets, are unable to attend the rescheduled event or have questions, email the RomaDrama Live! ticketing department at ticketing@ romadrama.com.

„ Children younger than age 10 are admitted for free with a paying adult. You may register your child when you arrive on-site.

To get you in the mood for romance ahead of the big event, we’ve reached out to some of the stars scheduled to appear at the fan convention and asked them about life, love and the pursuit of all things rom-com. Here are excerpts from those Q&A sessions.

Ryan Paevey

(“General Hospital”; “Marrying Mr. Darcy”; “A Timeless Christmas”)

Q: What is your favorite thing about RomaDrama fans? A:

Everyone is so fun and excited to be there, sharing a love for the stories we tell ... makes it really enjoyable for us as performers, validating even, that there’s so much fun to be had at these events.

Q: What might surprise fans about behind the scenes when filming a romantic drama or seasonal show? A:

The days are loooong, and start early, and in order to get a scene from all angles, we will likely shoot it half a dozen times from each angle that appears in the finished film. Looots of repetition.

Q: What’s next for you? A:

“Two Tickets to Paradise” with Ashley Williams will be airing during this convention. I believe we are even having a premiere at the event!

Q: Have you spent any time in South Florida? A:

Spent a fair bit of time in South Florida, mostly from Boynton south. My dad loves to fish down in the Keys, so I often fly into Lauderdale or Miami and rent a motorcycle to take down the Intracoastal to meet with him and fish together.

Rob Mayes

(“John Dies At The End”; “Burning Blue”; “The Road Home for Christmas”)

Q: What is your favorite thing about RomaDrama fans? A:

Their loyalty and their spirit. RomaDrama fans always have a blast, or [are] a blast to be around, and just like to have a good time.
