Sign petition to stop BOE from spreading LGBT agenda
Did you know the Maryland State Department of Education has suggested public schools teach transgender lessons to kindergarten through Grade 12 students?
Students would be taught it is normal to identify as a gender other than their biological sex. And likewise that it is normal to identify as neither gender, both genders, or gender fluid. If being transgender is normal, how odd that teachers are prohibited from sharing this information with a student’s parents.
Do school administrators have the right to decide what parents need to know?
Does our state have the right to promote the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) vision of a gender-neutral society?
Should teachers be practicing psychology without a license as shills for LGBT advocacy groups?
Should your children be encouraged to question their gender identity in the classroom?
Should your tax dollars be diverted from the academic curriculum to teaching pseudo science to impressionable children?
I think not. If you agree with me, sign the petition on StandUnited.org today urging the Charles County Board of Education (CCBOE) to vote against teaching transgender lessons.
The next CCBOE public forum will be on Tuesday, Sept. 13, at 6 p.m. in the Jesse L. Starkey Administration Building located at 5980 Radio Station Road in La Plata. Arrive early if you want to share your opinion on this topic with the CCBOE. Janet Beck, Waldorf
