Sims, founder of the Negro League Legends Hall of Fame and Charles County Commissioner Amanda Stewart will meet with the public 11 a.m. at the Southern Maryland Homeowners Association, located at Colonial Charles HOA, 3235 Shadow Park Lane, Waldorf. Sims will have Negro League memorabilia to include book and baseball signings and upcoming events in the local area. The SMHAF is a non-political organization and does not make endorsements.
