The Southern Maryland Bulldogs are looking for travel baseball players from 7-U to 19-U.
Tryouts will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Aug. 25 and 7:30 to 9 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Dog Pound, 50 Jibsail Drive, Prince Frederick, and from 9:30 a.m. to noon Sept. 16 and from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 14 at Hallowing Point Park in Prince Frederick.

Basketball
Team Fire Elite Youth Basketball has partnered with Navy Child and Youth Programs to launch the Military Registration Discount Program for the upcoming season in support of militar y families.
The program is for children 5 to 18 of active duty military, Department of Defense civilians and contractors, reservists on active duty or inactive duty while training, and children of military retirees.

Team registrations are currently being accepted for the Central Maryland Soccer Association’s 21st Annual Columbus Soccer Classic
scheduled on the weekend of Oct. 7 and 8 in Westminster.
The Classic is a sanctioned US Soccer youth event open to all affiliated youth teams in the Mid-Atlantic area. Male and female competition is offered for the single age levels of U-8 through U-15 and the dual age brackets of U-15/16 and U-17/18.
The event offers a round-robin competition format, with all teams guaranteed a minimum of three games. The first and second place teams in each age bracket receive team and individual awards.
