Leonardtown life coach expands online
Chris Shea, founder of Lifesjourney Life Coaching in Leonardtown, announces the option of online sessions for those seeking life coaching.
The online sessions can be video or audio only. The sessions are accessed through the web and by way of phone and tablet apps and are billed by the minute, encouraging clients to quickly check in as needed, or talk longer. The service is flexible to the needs of the client “as it should be,” Shea said in a news release.
Life coaching is not counseling; it is a practice that involves guiding people to identify and realize goals, dreams and aspirations while breaking through life’s barriers. Not everyone who is struggling in life needs a counselor or suffers from an illness. A coach is someone who guides you through the struggle. Unlike a counselor, a life coach doesn’t diagnose.
Shea, an expert in the fields of counseling, life coaching and spirituality, is a nationally recognized speaker, published in medical and clinical journals, interviewed on local and national radio and television programs, and is the founder of “Lifesjourney Life Coaching LLC: Motivational guidance for improving one’s life,” according to the news release.
