MONDAY Eddie Lucas Below Deck 9Pmon (26) 4400

A reboot of a sci-fi cable series that ran from 2004-07 on USA Network, this new CW makeover once again deals with the mysterious and collective reappearan­ce of 4400 seemingly random people after vanishing inexplicab­ly over the last century. What makes their mass return to the city of Detroit even more baffling is how none of them seems to have aged a day since their disappeara­nce, sending government experts racing for answers. The cast includes Brittany Adebumola, Joseph David-jones, Ireon Roach and Jaye Ladymore.

9Pmon (BRAVO) Below Deck

Series veteran Eddie Lucas returns to the superyacht My Seanna in his new role as first officer as this hit reality series prepares to sail into Caribbean waters for Season 9. Unfortunat­ely, Lucas’s happiness over his promotion gets dampened pretty quickly as he realizes he might have to pull double duty on deck if he wants his team to succeed.

This new docuseries, which airs weekly, explores the breadth of the Veteran Experience across U.S. history via interviews with dozens of veterans from all branches of the service. The United States is home to nearly 18 million military veterans, from the “Greatest Generation” to the men and women currently coming home from recent tours of duty in Afghanista­n and Iraq. Drew Carey hosts the premiere, “The Crossing.”

The season three finale saw Tray Barker (Tracy Morgan) become the victim of a violent attack, and as Season 4 returns tonight with two new back-to-back episodes, the character experience­s a personal reawakenin­g that includes new perspectiv­es on his community, his life goals and the challenges he confronts. Finally accepting the unpleasant reality that his world is changing, Tray realizes he must adapt to help the Brooklyn he loves.

Fan favorite characters including Steven Ray Tickle, Tim Smith, Josh Owens, Mark Ramsey and Eric “Digger” Manes return for Season 11 as the backwoods economy that drives their old-school way of life resumes thriving. Unfortunat­ely, law enforcemen­t officials likewise are back on their game. As the series resumes, Mark and Digger get raided by cops, forcing them to flee across state lines.

When Coach Long and Bill (Allen Maldonado, Dulé Hill) take the boys camping as part of their newly formed scouting troop, the two men’s starkly different approaches to the wild outdoors is an eye-opening experience for Dean (Elisha “EJ” Williams), who realizes there are some things his infallible dad doesn’t do well in the new episode “Be Prepared.” As a thundersto­rm threatens the group’s trek through some spooky woods, however, Bill leans into the moment in an effective way.

Realizing his life is at risk, Walker (Jared Padalecki) confronts Captain James (Coby Bell), who confesses to Walker the real reason Micki (Lindsey Morgan) went undercover, in the Season 2 premiere, “They Started It.” Meanwhile, the Davidson family returns home, setting Walker family matriarch Abeline (Molly Hagan) on edge because of a dark history that stretches between the two clans. Elsewhere, Trey (Jeff Pierre) comes perilously close to blowing Micki’s cover.

On Gina’s (Annaleigh Ashford) first day as the retirement home’s new owner, she asks Drew (Thomas Middleditc­h) to help her handle a shorttempe­red resident with a sick wife in the new episode “Bagels, Billiards and a Magic Show.” Linda Lavin also stars; Héctor Elizondo, Jane Seymour, Ben Vereen, Priscilla Lopez, Jim Beaver and Anna Maria Horsford appear in their recurring roles.

Movie: Deadly Due Date

After a childless couple runs into a pregnant former classmate at a reunion, they’re stunned but happy when the woman promises to let them adopt her baby once it is born. What they don’t know is that the mother-to-be is completely unhinged and has her own plans for creating her perfect little family. Ashlyn Yennie, Ella Cannon, Philip Boyd and Brianna Butler star in this 2021 thriller.

The Season 2 finale of “Now Hear This,” called “Beethoven’s Ghost,” takes a rewardingl­y dramatic approach to decoding the complex musical mind of composer Ludwig van Beethoven, who wrote nearly 800 works over the course of 45 years. Series host and violinist Scott Yoo joins his team of musicians — pianist Anna Polonsky, cellist Bion Tsang, violist Toby Appel and second violinist Emily Daggett Smith — to a historic manor in the Berkshires, where they perform and record some of his most personal work, including his famous “Ghost Trio.”

It underperfo­rmed at the box office, but filmmaker Jon M. Chu’s 2021 feature film adaptation of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical cocreated by Lin-manuel Miranda was one of the most critically acclaimed movies of its release year. An explosion of infectious melodies and high-energy performanc­es, the film follows the daily life of Usnavi (Anthony Ramos), a bodega owner in New York’s predominan­tly Dominican neighborho­od of Washington Heights. The huge cast also includes Jimmy Smits, Olga Merediz, Stephanie Beatriz and Melissa Barrera.

8Pmon (LIF) Movie: Torn From Her Arms

Based on a harrowing true story that played out against the backdrop of the crisis at the U.s.-mexican border, this taut 2021 docudrama stars Judy Reyes as Thelma Garcia, a Texas immigratio­n lawyer fighting desperatel­y to reunite loved ones separated in the midst of politicall­y-motivated chaos. Fátima Molina plays Cindy Madrid, who fled violence in El Salvador with her sixyear-old daughter, only to be forced apart by U.S. immigratio­n officers.

SUNDAY Nathan Fillion The Rookie 9Pmon (FOOD) Halloween Wars

“Dueling Monsters,” the spine-tingling Season 11 finale, finds the last two teams facing off in a deciding challenge that tasks them with crafting cakes that vividly show what happens when two formidable monsters engage in a fight to the finish. Host Zak Bagans shares his paranormal expertise, then judges Eddie Jackson, Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira crown the winners of the $25,000 prize.

A deadly new designer drug hits the streets of Los Angeles, turning users into “zombies,” in the new episode “A.C.H.” As the drugfueled misbehavio­r spreads, Office Nolan (Nathan Fillion) and his team find themselves in the middle of a Halloween they are not likely to forget. Back on the homefront, Lucy (Melissa O’neil) begins to suspect that her apartment building might actually be haunted. Pete Davidson, Enver Gjokaj and Dylan Conrique guest star; Alyssa Diaz and Eric Winter also star.
