Movie: A Clüsterfünke Christmas, 7 PM on COM;

9 PM on COM: Former “Saturday Night Live” performers Rachel Dratch and Ana Gasteyer co-wrote this new Tv-movie send-up of formulaic and schmaltzy holiday romances. The story follows a driven New York real estate executive named Holly (Vella Lovell, “Crazy Ex-girlfriend”), who travels to a charming small town where she hopes to buy a quaint inn and transform it into a megaresort. That will entail persuading the spinster sisters (Dratch, Gasteyer) who own the property, but Holly becomes distracted by the hot-woodsman nephew (Cheyenne Jackson) of the old ladies. Ryan Mcpartlin co-stars.

Movie: Space Jam: A New Legacy, 8 PM on HBO:

A blend of live action and different animation styles, Malcolm D. Lee’s 2021 sequel to the 1996 blockbuster “Space Jam” stars pro basketball legend Lebron James as a fictional version of himself, who pleads with the Looney Tunes characters to help him win a game against avatars led by an evil artificial intelligence. The sinister AI has kidnapped Lebron’s son Dom (Cedric Joe) and stashed him in a virtual multiverse. Other live characters are played by Don Cheadle and Lil Rel Howery; Zendaya is among the voice actors.

HMM: Holly Robinson Peete (“The Christmas Doctor”) stars in this bittersweet holiday romantic comedy as a single mother, who has a teenage son living with autism. The pair come to an emotional crossroads as the Christmas season arrives, bringing with it the realization to this loving parent that she must find a way to let go so her son can flourish. Unexpectedly, she also finds her own heart starting to heal in some unanticipated ways.
