■ Take-n-make Pop-up Flower: Month of May - Pick up supplies for your very own Pop-up Flower craft in the Lenski Children’s Center. All ages.
■ Seek and Find-kites: Month of May - Can you find the images of kites hidden around the Lenski Center? See the staff person at the desk for a prize once you’ve found them all. Ages 3-18.
■ Hiit to be Fit: 2 p.m. Tuesday - Join Marian Plank (NASM, CPT, CNC) for a free full body workout combining elements of strength and cardio set to a fun, upbeat soundtrack. Bring yourself and a mat! For adults in the Gaier Room.
■ Writer’s Trunk: Fiction Writing for Beginners: 6 – 7:30 p.m. Tuesday - Learn the core elements of fiction writing and effective storytelling and create your own short story in this beginner-level workshop. In Meeting Rooms 1 and 2. For adults 18 and over (out of school).
■ Food Talk Book Club: How the Other Half Eats: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday - Join in for a talk about all things food and nutrition, featuring the title How the Other Half Eats by Priya Fielding-singh. Refreshments will be served.
■ Pen to Paper: Be a Game Master: 6 – 7:30 p.m. Wednesday - Find your inner game master in this workshop held in Meeting Rooms 1 and 2. Learn the key elements of tabletop roleplaying or “penand-paper” games and create your own campaign. For all skill levels. For adults 18 and over (out of high school).
■ Shake Hands with a Shark: 4 to 4:30 p.m. Friday - Come meet a shark (not a real shark) and learn all about the exciting Summer Reading Program Oceans of Possibilities and hear about prizes that will be awarded.

■ Storytime: 11 a.m. Thursday - Introduces toddlers and preschoolers to books, rhymes, music and crafts, and teaches them how to interact with other children their age. Fun interactive stories will foster your child’s imagination and love for reading. Children must have a parent or caregiver with them. Space is limited. Please call the branch to pre-register. For ages 2-4.

■ Piece By Piece - Adults: library hours – rotating puzzle. Come spend as much or as little time to help put together this community project. The puzzle will remain until it has been completed. A new puzzle will be selected to replace it.
■ Where is Sunshine?: May 2 – May 27 - Mr. Ray O. Sunshine is visiting the library. Can you find him? If you do, tell a librarian and receive a small treat. For children 12 and under.

■ D&D Club ONLINE: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday - Join in in a virtual game of Dungeons & Dragons! The group will use Roll20 to view maps, tokens and chat. Registration is required. Send request to kervin@ccplohio.org.
■ Author Talk/book Signing with Junice Olanbiwonnu: 1 p.m. Saturday - Join in for an afternoon author talk and book signing with the author of It Starts with One Seed, Junice Olanbiwonnu. This is her first children’s book. She is also the founder of a daycare center, Foundations Solid Rock Center in Maryland.
