All Rise, 8 PM on OWN; 11 PM on OWN; 3 AM on OWN: This critically acclaimed legal drama moves to OWN after spending its first two seasons on CBS. Season 3 picks up the action six months after the sophomore season finale, as Judge Lola Carmichael (Simone Missick) spends a tense election night awaiting results. Meanwhile, public defender Emily Lopez (Jessica Camacho) returns from Puerto Rico with a new sense of purpose, and former bailiff Luke Watkins (J. Alex Brinson) continues shaking things up in the public defender’s office. Wilson Bethel, Ruthie Ann Miles, Lindsay Mendez and Marg Helgenberg­er also return.

Movie: Manhattan, 8 PM on TCM: Woody Allen’s 1979 masterpiec­e, an affectiona­te black-andwhite ode to New York, examines the intertwini­ng relationsh­ips of several people amid many of the city’s landmarks — to the melodies of George Gershwin. Isaac (Allen), who has a much younger girlfriend (Mariel Hemingway) and a bitter ex-wife (Meryl Streep), pines for the mistress (Diane Keaton) of his best friend (Michael Murphy). This ravishing film kicks off an evening of films by cinematogr­apher Gordon Willis, who won an honorary Academy Award in 2010 for his body of work.

After the heart-wrenching breakup of his group, Leaders of The New School, Busta Rhymes had to forge his own path as a solo artist to keep himself and his dream alive.
