The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic proposals for RFP 24-15, Operation of a Homelessness Facility r Related Services until 4:00 pm Local Time, on April 19, 2024. A mandatory meeting and site walk-through will be held on April 1st beginning at 11:30 am local time at the project site, 325 p. Columbia St., Springfield, Ohio 45504. The mandatory pre-proposal meeting will begin at 11:30 am local time. A site walk-through will immediately follow. Proposals will not be accepted from companies not represented at the pre-proposal meeting.

The RFP is available through Bid Express at: https://www.bid express.com/businesses/56536/ home. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all projects. A digital ID will be required to submit an electronic proposal. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Please note that it can take up to seven (7) days to receive the digital ID. This project will be funded by TANF 93.558 (as permitted), Home ARP, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Children Services Funds. All rules and regulations related to such funding apply.

Said work and each proposals submitted shall comply strictly to the Request for Proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in a proposal which does not materially alter the contract documents.
