Poland Spring to convert to all-recycled packaging

“These bottles are still plastic that will end up in landfills and as litter, taking hundreds of years to decompose. Folks should drink filtered water from the faucet and use a reusable water bottle.”

Colin McEnroe: Don’t forget to shed a tear for Jennifer

“Over the years my family has watched many of the popular true crime shows such as Dateline and 48 hours. After this, my perspective on those kinds of shows has drastically shifted. It is easy to forget the real pain and suffering the the victim's family must endure. You never think something like that would hit so close to home. These tragedies should not be used for ratings or entertainment.”

—Elizabeth Laucks Lerch via Facebook

“Thank you for reminding us all that this is a human tragedy, and a real family going through the unthinkable. What they need most is compassion, privacy and peace.”

Six signs of escalating domestic violence in Dulos marriage

“I hope family sues the lawyer and judical system knowing they were fully aware and not protecting Jennifer and her children. Didn’t they feel this family had enough!!! Perfect example of ‘Don’t care attitude just a number in our books!!’ ”

—Paulette DeLeo via Facebook

“I hope the family sued the state. Wow.”

—Evette Dixon-Murtha via Facebook

“Folks, do not depend on the judicial system to protect you. Obtain your pistol permit, learn self defense and protect yourself! After all, a protective order is just a useless piece of paper!”

—Edye Nuñez via Facebook

“The judicial system failed her many times and should be ashamed.”

—Samantha DeFrancesco via Facebook

“Absolutely they were missed. The justification doesn’t have to be physical to warrant protection for victims. Sadly maybe the courts will rethink how and who determines these cases. Many victims are not assaulted before being killed and victims need to be taken seriously and the courts do more to vet their fears. A protection order isn’t at all a sure thing but this woman went through hell and no one listened to her like many others.”
