Nestled in the seaside community of Shorefront Park, this lovely 2006 colonial has everything you could want, and it is located on the New England shoreline of Long Island Sound.

Listing agent Ashley Petrides of William Raveis Real Estate believes the best features of the 4,167-square-foot home are its water views and the sun.

“It’s out of this world. Sitting in the living room during any time of the day and you will see the moon rising from the back and the sun also rising from the back,” Petrides said.

The beige home – which is in a flood zone and is FEMA compliant – is one of 60 homes in the waterfront community of Shorefront Park in south Norwalk.

The house has under home storage as well as a main level, second level and third level.

The under-house storage, Petrides said, is on the left side of the house and above the one-car attached garage and can include kayaks and paddleboards.

To the left of the foyer on the main level is the staircase to the second level.

Walk in the front door and the staircase is to the left and the first bedroom is on the right-hand side in front of the house, Petrides said. The bedroom, she said, has a closet and Juliet balcony. Next to the bedroom is a hallway with a full bath.

Down that hallway and next to the bathroom is a living room with built-ins. “It’s a cozier room, like a movie room, where everyone gathers,” Petrides said.

The nearby dining room – still on the main level – has four-sided walls and huge windows on each sided wall with water views of the Long Island Sound from all but one of the windows.

Facing the back of the house, the dining room opens to the wondrous family room.

The family room, Petrides said, has the home’s only fireplace and nano walls that open to the top tier deck. “There is 50 feet of direct waterfront with a private beach,” she said.

The family room opens to the living room which opens to the kitchen.

The kitchen offers stainlesssteel appliances including a gas cooktop, three ovens including an oven range and double wall oven and wet bar with wine cooler. There is also a center island that can seat four or five people. There are granite countertops, and the kitchen boasts water views straight down.

There is a bedroom on the second level that has a balcony, French doors, and a walk-in closet. There is also a full laundry room with utility sink and counter space to fold the laundry on this level.

The second floor is also home to the master suite.

The master has a sitting area and two Juliet balconies. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows and unobstructed water views. There are two walk-in closets and an additional laundry in one of the closets.

The en suite bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower stall and an extra vanity area.

The third level has an 8-foot ceiling and “good flex space,” Petrides said. She said the space could be used for a home office, a gym, kid’s playroom, or another living room.

There is also a shower outside the house.
