Reece Scott, Hand: Shot a 77 at Blue Fox Run Golf Course in Avon to earn medalist laurels at the Walter Lowell Invitation­al. Scott also shot a 38 in the Tigers’ 169-177 win at Portland GC.

Morgan Peterson, Glastonbur­y: Posted a 38 at Southingto­n CC in Glastonbur­y’s win over Hand (194243) and a loss to Cheshire (186-194).

Luke Stennett, Portland: Shot a 1-over 36 at the Black Hall Club in Portland’s 164-218 win over Valley Regional. His 37 at Portland GC helped the Highlander­s defeat Old Lyme 165-202 and his 36 on the same course helped Portland top HaddamKill­ingworth 163-182.

Ava Gross, Amity: Shot a 37 at Race Brook CC in the Spartans’ 190-195 victory over Trumbull.

Colin Murphy, Coginchaug: His 2-over round of 37 helped the Blue Devils slip past Old Saybrook 185-189.

Justin Acquarulo and Keegan Lalonde, Branford: Acquarulo fired a 34 and Lalonde a 35 at Alling Memorial GC in Branford’s 156-249 win over Hillhouse. Lalonde shot 36 at Pine Orchard CC to help the Hornets edge Guilford 167-169.

Matt and Erin Downes and Iliana Chapinski, St. Paul: Matt Downes shot a 1-under 35 at Oxford Greens

GC in St. Paul’s 171-233 win over Seymour and posted a 1-under 34 at Chippanee GC in St. Paul’s 166-189 win over Waterbury Co-op. Erin shot a 34 at Westwoods GC in St. Paul’s 149-203 victory over Hand. Chapinski shot a 1-over 31 at Portland GC West in St. Paul’s 143-215 win over Mercy.

Mike Rothberg and Charlie Duffy, Fairfield Prep: Rothberg led four Prep players who all broke 40 with a 1-under-par 35 at The Farms CC. The Jesuits defeated Cheshire 150-158. Rothberg and Duffy both shot 1-over 37 at Brooklawn CC in Prep’s 152-174 win over Xavier.

Luke Karpiej, Hale-Ray: Shot a 1-over 37 at the Black Hall Club in the Little Noises’ 196-208 win over Old Lyme.

Samhita Kakarlapud­i, Wilton: Shot a 38 at Silvermine GC to help Wilton defeat Danbury 178-227.

Adam Eskin, East Catholic: Posted a 38 at The Windham Club to help the Eagles defeat E.O. Smith 170-183.

Cam Seiffert, Killingly: Shot a 38 at Connecticu­t National GC to help Killingly top Fitch 157-174.

Dylan Soule, Law: His 38 at Orange Hills CC earned medalist laurels and helped the Lawmen defeat North Haven 189-200.

Wildcat Invitation­al at Norwich GC, Monday, 12:30 p.m.: Fairfield Prep, Xavier, Portland, Killingly, Waterford and East Catholic among the boys teams competing.

New Canaan vs. Staples girls at Longshore GC, Monday, 3 p.m.:

Two of the best the FCIAC has to offer square off in Westport in a match that could go a long way in determinin­g the top seed in the league tournament.

Fishers Island (NY) Tournament, Tuesday, noon: Hamden Hqall, Killingly, East Lyme, Stonington and Bacon Academy among the state schools invited to one of the top private courses in New York.

Fairfield Prep vs. Shelton boys at Brownson CC, Tuesday, 2:30 p.m.:

Shelton having a great season thus far and will need some low rounds to hold serve at home. The rematch against the defending SCC champion is Thursday at CC of Fairfield.

St. Paul vs. Amity girls at Race Brook CC, Thursday, 3:30 p.m.:

Ava Gross (Amity) looks to square off against the St. Paul duo of Erin Downes and Iliana Chapinski.
