Bailey Bajda, Masuk: Had 24 points, making three 3-pointers in a 62-50 victory over Pomperaug.

Jill Barnes, Amity: Made her 100th career 3-pointer, scoring 15 points in a 60-38 win against Lauralton Hall.

Taylor Brennan, Pomperaug: Had a triple-double with 15 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds during a 68-29 win over Stratford.

Bela Cucuta, Newington: The junior became the fastest player in Newington history to reach 1,000 career points with 34 points in a 61-39 win over Rocky Hill.

Lyla D'Errico, SHA: Scored a careerhigh 19 points as No. 1 SHA defeated No. 2 Hamden 70-50.

Kendra Foy, Immaculate: Scored 25 points and added nine rebounds in a 58-52 win over Stratford.

Ava Johnson, North Haven: Scored 20 points including two 3-pointers in a 69-48 win over Guilford.

Mia McGarrity, Ridgefield: Had 11 points and 10 rebounds against E.O. Smith, 20 points and eight rebounds against Westhill and 10 points and eight rebounds in win over Bridgeport Central.

No. 8 Ridgefield at No. 3 St. Joseph, Wednesday, 7 p.m.: As good as it gets in the FCIAC this season. Unbeaten St. Joseph led by Erin Lovett and one-loss Ridgefield paced by Mia McGarrity. The two teams have accounted for three of the last four FCIAC champions.

New Canaan at Fairfield Warde, Friday, 7 p.m.: New Canaan is off to a fast start at 7-2 with its only FCIAC loss coming to Ridgefield. Warde, which began the year ranked No. 10, needs to win games like this if it wants to make the FCIAC playoffs.
