Graduating from Westhill High School in Stamford, CT in 1973, he worked for The Landmark NYC. Later he took skills from his experience and began renovation work. With a talent for coordinating contractors, he worked as a superintendent and after many successful projects including renovating Historic East High School in Nashville, TN, he began working for worldclass consulting firm Heery International. After a merger he worked for Heery/ CBRE and, recently after an acquisition, at Heery/Turner and Townsend, NYC. He served as a consultant for the construction of the FBI regional headquarters in Louisville, KY., the construction of the BOP Federal Correctional Complex High Security Prison in Yazoo City, MS., and the renovation and expansion of the Charles R. Jonas Federal Building and Courthouse in Charlotte, N.C. His final project was at a first-of-itskind U.S. Postal RPDC in Fairburn, GA.
Frank was not shy about his faith and would explain his beliefs to anyone who listened. He loved to point out God’s name Jehovah in Exodus 6:3/Psalms 83:18 and the future peaceful Earth promised in Matthew 5:5/ Psalms 37:11. He earnestly spoke to his family about God’s Kingdom Government, Daniel 7:13,14, in his final days. He fought hard to stay with them as long as he could and from October 19th, when he was diagnosed, he made the most out of every second, seeking the best medical treatment and spending time with his wife and children. He passed away quietly at home with them by his side.
