What’s more, “she and Leo smile at each other like they’ve got a secret.”

The Wolf of Wall Street star — and serial model dater — has been notoriously vague when it comes to his thoughts on fatherhood. (Asked about kids in a 2016 interview, he answered, “If it happens, it happens.”) But that sentiment came before he began dating the 23-year-old actress, who many believe to be his ideal match. “They get along so well, despite their age difference,” says the buddy, hinting that an engagement might also be on deck.

But don’t expect an elaborate gender-reveal shared on Insta from the ultraprivate Leo. If they are expecting, Camila and Leo will likely continue to hunker down — with all their projects on hold as the result of the pandemic, it’s the perfect time to prep for the new arrival. And a baby would certainly be a “welcome surprise” for the A-lister, insists the pal: “Leo’s accomplished everything else he’s set out to do, so it makes sense he’d be heading in that direction now.”
