The 37-year-old reality star went Instagram official with new girlfriend Amelia Hamlin — as well as some Guy Fieri-style locks — during a romantic getaway to Miami over Valentine’s weekend. “Scott decided it was time for a change, and he wanted an edgier, cooler look,” an insider tells Star. “He’s toyed with doing this for years and loves how it came out.”
