AROUND TOWN ANNOUNCEMENT POLICIES
The Around Town calendar is a free service offered by the Starkville Daily News. The calendars runs daily as space allows. Announcements should be submitted via e-mail to life@ starkvilledailynews.com by 2 p.m. the day prior to publication and be no more than 50 words in length. Religious events will be listed Saturdays on the Faith page. Recurring events will run on Sundays only. One-time events will run Monday through Friday.

◆ Kiwanis Meeting — Starkville Kiwanis Club will bgin its summer meeting schedule May 9. We will only meet the first and third Tuesdays of each month through August. Weekly meetings will resume in September
◆ Board of Commissioners Meeting — East Oktibbeha Wastewater District Board of Commissioners will meet on May 9 at 3 p.m., at the Offices of Golden Triangle Planning and Development District, 106 Miley Road
