Lekishvi is a 1998 graduate of Starkville High School, a 2001 Graduate of East Mississippi Community College and an attendant of Mississippi State University. She is employed as a production worker for Southwire in Starkville, Mississippi.
The prospective groom is the son of Mary Jones of West Point, Mississippi and Bernard Washington of Nashville, Tennessee. His grandparents are Estella Williams and Roosevelt Washington, Sr. of Indianapolis, Indiana, the late Maggie White of West Point, Mississippi, and the late Robert Jones of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Antonio attended West Point High School in 2002 and received his G.E.D. from East Mississippi Community College in 2005. He earned a certificate in construction work from EMCC in 2009. He is employed as a material handler for Southwire in Starkville, Mississippi.
The couple will exchange vows at 5:45 p.m. on July 15, 2017 at Local 1991, formerly Bryan Union Hall in West Point, Mississippi.
Dr. and Mrs. Daniel William Scruggs of Starkville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lauren McCullough Scruggs of Spencer, Iowa, to Adam Steven Crawford from Spencer, Iowa.
Adam proposed to Lauren while skiing in Denver, Colorado. The bride-elect is granddaughter of Tom Scruggs and the late Sylvia Scruggs of Fayetteville, Tennessee, and the late Joseph Robert and Betty Jane Edwards. She is a 2007 graduate of Starkville Academy and a 2016 graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is employed as a veterinarian at Animal Medical Center.
The prospective groom is the son of Steve and Audrey Crawford of Nevada, Iowa. His grandparents are Teruko Sandvick of Ames, Iowa, the late Robert Sandvick and the late John Wayne and Mary Catherine Crawford. He is a 2009 graduate of Nevada High School and a 2013 graduate of Iowa State University. He is employed by Smithfield.
The couple will exchange vows at 4:30 p.m. on October 28, 2017 at FUMC in Starkville, Mississippi. A reception will be held for the couple at the Starkville Country Club.
