ICC baseball to host clinic

FULTON – The Itawamba Community College baseball team is set to host its inaugural Fall Baseball League at Roy Cresap Field on the Fulton campus.

The program's six-week league will run from September 4 through October 12 and is open to student-athletes going into the 10th to 12th grades. Each player will go through a pro-style showcase before league play begins. Games will be played each Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and a strict pitch count will be enforced during league play.

Cost for the league is $150 per person and will be open to the first 80 paid participan­ts.

Registrati­on for the league will close on Monday.
