MSU Fan Day set for Saturday

Mississipp­i State’s annual Fan Day featuring the 2017 Bulldog football, soccer, volleyball and golf teams is set for Saturday inside the Palmeiro Center.

Doors open at 3:30 p.m. with autograph availabili­ty running from 4-6 p.m. Fans are asked to enter through the southeast entrance of the Palmeiro Center. There will be an early entry for Maroon Memories at 3:15 p.m. through the Bryce Griffis Boardroom.

To help ensure everyone in attendance has a chance to meet all of the players and head coach Dan Mullen, student-athletes may only sign posters while coach Mullen will autograph one item per person. Posters and schedule cards will be available for free to fans.

Other attraction­s include music, a Kids’ Zone with inflatable games, appearance­s by Bully, Jak and the MSU cheerleade­rs and dance team. There will be free drinks for fans.

Restrooms will be open in the Griffis Boardroom, which will also feature a cooling zone. The Leo Seal Jr. Football Complex parking lot will be closed.

Several Maroon Memories fan experience­s will be available for purchase beginning Aug. 7, including early entry passes as well as parking passes for the event. For more

Bully’s Kids Club members can pick up their 201718

membership packets inside the Palmeiro Center at Fan Day. New membership­s be will be available as well.

MSU Athletic Game Management staff will be available throughout the event to answer questions and review with fans the game day, stadium security and access policies for the 2017 football season.

Season tickets and miniplans for the 2017 campaign are on sale now at HailState.com/tickets, by calling 1-888-GO-DAWGS or in person at the MSU Athletic Ticket Office on the first floor of the Bryan Athletic Administra­tion Building (288 Lakeview Drive), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
