◆ OCTS/HHS Scholarship Applications — The Oktibbeha County Training School/Henderson High School Scholarship applications are due. It is open to high school seniors in the SOCSD planning to further their education beyond high school. ◆Children’s Community Story Hour — Come one, come all to Children's Community Story Hour at 3:30-4:30 p.m. on March 28 at Emerson Family Resource Center. Hands on art projects and a free book given to participants.
◆Presidential Advance NYC 9/11 — Craig Ray, a former member of two presidential advance teams, will present Presidential Advance NYC 9/11, an insiders accounti into working and experiencing events that transformed America, April 4 at 6 p.m. at the John Grisham Room on the Mitchell Memorial Library at MSU.
◆Green Thumb Garden Club — The Green Thumb Garden Club will meet April 4 at 2 p.m. at Cadence Bank. The program will be on gardening for beneficial bees.

◆ Casserole Kitchen — The First Presbyterian Church a casserole kitchen every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 p.m.
◆ Emerson and J.L. King Events — Emerson Family School and the J.L. King Center is hosting events Monday through Thursday. These events include Adult Education Classes, Work Keys Info Session and Practice, Afterschool Clubs, Tutoring and Computer Classes. Details are listed under “Monday”
◆Spring Lecture Series — The Oktibbeha County Heritage Museum will host environmental archaeologist Dr. Evan Peacock at noon April 19 for the Spring Lecture Series and rotating exhibit. Refreshments provided.
